- How does instant quoting work?
- Upload a STEP, STL or 3MF and within seconds you see your part in 3D with its dimensions and manufacturability (DFM) check. FDM 3D printing gets its price and lead time instantly, calculated by slicing your part; CNC machining (milling and turning) is priced by an engineer within 2–4 business hours.
- What files do I need to get a quote?
- A 3D model in STEP (recommended), STL or 3MF; DXF or DWG for flat parts. If your part has tight tolerances, threads or finishes on certain faces, add the drawing as a PDF. No CAD file? You can request a manual quote.
- Do you have a minimum order quantity?
- No. We quote from a single part, with no hidden small-batch fee. In the quoting platform you change the quantity and see the unit price drop as setup is spread across the batch.
- How long does it take to make my part?
- Lead time comes with the price, in business days, and depends on process, quantity and finish. At checkout you choose the carrier and see its transit time, or pick up at our plant in Monterrey.
- Which processes do you offer?
- CNC machining (milling, turning with live tooling, drilling and threading) and FDM 3D printing. Sheet metal, injection molding, stamping and other 3D printing technologies are marked as coming soon.
- Do you ship outside Mexico?
- Yes, to 52 countries including the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. Import duties are paid by the receiver, but you see an estimate before paying, and we prepare the customs paperwork.
- What tolerances do you hold?
- Unless the drawing says otherwise, ISO 2768 medium: in practice ±0.10 mm, and down to ±0.025 mm on the dimensions you specify. FDM 3D printing: ±0.20 mm or ±0.2% of the dimension.
- Are my files confidential?
- Yes. Your files are stored encrypted, only the staff quoting and making your part can see them, and we sign NDAs with your template or ours.
